The Dexter Russell P177AG-PCP Sani-Safe® pizza cutter's 4-inch-diameter blade effortlessly glides through thick pizza crusts. It's made of high-carbon steel—a stain-free material that’s strong and resistant to corrosion. If this blade wears down over time, it can be replaced with a sharper blade without replacing the entire unit. Textured to create a comfortable grip, the polypropylene handle has a protective finger guard. It comes in green, a color that can be integrated into existing color-coded systems.
