Dexter Russell S196 Description
Ideal for bakeries, the Dexter Russell S196 Sani-Safe® dough cutter and scraper creates precise cuts into thick dough; it also can be used to chop thick vegetables or fruits. After chopping, users can scrape hardened dough off the counter with this utensil to prevent product waste. Its 6-inch-long by 3-inch-high stainless steel blade is durable enough to endure back-to-back use and resists corrosion in humid environments. For a secure, slip-resistant grip, its polypropylene handle is textured. It comes in white for color-coding applications.
