Review this product!
This is the best spatula money needs to buy!
This spatula works perfectly on a griddle. No bending or flexing and that is what I like. A little history about this design. Dave Thomas of Wendy's has this designed for his restaurants to press square patties. Actual concrete trowell was purchased and reshaped for the application. When I started at 15 years old in a Wendy's, I was introduced to this spatula and pressed thousands and thousands of patties. It is the "Cadillac" of spatulas in my opinion.
