Dexter Russell S286-6RC Description
The Dexter Russell S286-6RC Sani-Safe® hamburger turner has rounded corners to prevent piercing when lifting or flipping product. Made of stainless steel, the blade measures 6 inches long by 3 inches wide to support hamburger patties, chicken breasts, and sausages. Its stiff, offset structure protects the operator's hands from the hot grill by keeping them in a lifted position. To prevent slipping, its polypropylene handle is textured. Users can integrate this utensil into a kitchen color-coding system due to its white material.
