Dexter Russell S240 Description
The Dexter Russell S240 Traditional™ mini turner server has a 2 1⁄2-inch-long blade for flipping and serving small foods, such as brownies, shrimp, and vegetables. Its solid design fits underneath foods for a secure lift, and its stainless steel blade is durable enough to endure high-volume, back-to-back use. To prevent close contact with the grill, the blade is short and offset, protecting the user's hands. This turner has a rosewood handle that's comfortable to grip, and it's double riveted to keep the blade and handle secure.

Review this product!
Semi miniature Granny spatula or brownie getter.
This is so cute but useful. Especially in the smaller pan. I use it alot with my Butterpat 8" Estee cast iron. It really gets around in the little boxing ring. Not for smashing smash burgers. (It's thinner than a hamburger spatula)
Tiny spatula
I love this spatula. Perfect size for cookie baking. My grandkids love it.
Excellent product
This piece of equipment is the busiest piece in my kitchen. I always reach for it instead of large spatulas because it is smaller and fits well in my smaller hands. I use it when baking, getting cookies off of cookie sheets, or cutting brownies out of pans, moving anything from one place to another. I have used mine for many decades. I bought another for a friend who complained about her large and uncomfortable spatulas.
Not What I'd Hoped
I was seeking a replacement for a discontinued W-S product, and thought this would be it. But no. This turner is slightly smaller, but much flimsier, both the metal blade and the handle. I will be able to use this for lightweight chores, but not the serious day-in, day-out serious cooking that I do.
