Dexter Russell S171 Description
Good for flipping and lifting small foods, such as shrimp, vegetables, fruit, and cookies, the Dexter Russell S171 Sani-Safe® mini turner's blade is 2 1⁄2 inches long. Because the blade is short, it features an offset design to prevent close contact with the grill, protecting the user's hands. This mini turner is constructed of DEXSTEEL™—a high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel—to endure high-volume use, and it won't corrode over time. Its textured polypropylene handle helps reduce risk of slipping during use, and it's white to support color-coded applications.

Handiest tool in rack
This little turner gets used for almost everything from stir frying, flipping an egg, cutting cookie bars, etc. The rounded corners don't dig into pans and allows easy sliding. The stainless material is easy to clean and helps prevent sticking. Throw it in the dish washer or hand wash. Just the handiest tool and first to be picked up unless a larger tool required. I have bought to give to all 7 grandchildren now setting up their own kitchens. A second one would be handy to have at times. Have had one around now almost 20 years with daily use.
