Designed with an offset handle, the Dexter Russell S8698 Traditional™ grill turner protects users' hands from contact with the hot grill. Its 8-inch-long by 3-inch-wide stainless steel blade provides a stable surface that can easily lift foods for plating or flipping to enable even cooking. Because of its stiff edges, it can slide underneath foods without failing. For a comfortable grip, it includes a rosewood handle that's triple riveted to keep the utensil intact.
