Dexter Russell S8696 Description
The stiff, 6-inch by 3-inch blade on the Dexter Russell S8696 Traditionalâ„¢ hamburger turner is flexible enough to slide under meat on the grill and flip it. Its offset design smoothly slides underneath burgers, and the stainless steel construction resists rust and is easier to maintain than carbon steel. Good quality
The steel is thick. I buy 5 at the same time. Then my co worker test them. He want 4 of those too. I'm a hibachi chef, we use them for show and cooking.
Best ever
