This is a nicely made knife - glad I ordered 2. It is thin and very sharp, and exactly what I was looking for. Yes, I will likely order more.
I will buy this product again and again.
I use it to peel everything. It fit my hand perfectly. Just long enough. Not tiresome when making potato salad, slaw or just chopping veggies. Had one for maybe 15 years, handle broke, purchased from yard sale. Glad to have found where to get a 'NEW' one.
Sharp little knife
I like to peel my potatoes with a small knife that fits perfectly in my hand vs a carrot peeler utensil. This one does the jib well.
