Dexter Russell S18914 Description
The Dexter S18914 cheese knife is ideal for cutting and sectioning large blocks of cheese with a 14 1⁄2-inch blade and two 5 3⁄8-inch handles. The double-handled design adds leverage to make it simple to cut through cheese. Since the handles are made of rosewood, the knife has a traditional feel. Brass compression rivets attach the handles to the blade. To provide a secure fit, the rivets expand and contract with the wood. The blade is made of DEXSTEEL™ high carbon steel, providing durability to withstand commercial use. Resistant to staining, the blade on the Dexter S18914 cheese knife maintains a professional look.
