Review this product!
A gift for my son....
But I had this exact knife I bought in 1980. Great knife for pretty much every use. I was a prep cook for many years and this knife lasted. I love carbon steel, it weather's great. Also had an 8" and 10" chefs knife from Dexter Russell and they were work horses. Save your money, buy a good quality knife without the fancy German name.
Great knife
Perfect tool to prepare veggies, chop garlic, etc. handles well, cleans up easily.
Bought one last year and bought two for Christmas presents.
Love it bought two more for my sons!
