The Dexter EDGE-1 07920 Sani-Safe® hand-held sharpener is constructed of a white styrene plastic that is heavy duty for commercial use. A handle grip is built onto the sharpener so the risk of slippage is reduced during use. The knife sharpener is easy to hold in one hand and can be used in the right or left hand. The Dexter EDGE-1 07920 Sani-Safe hand-held sharpener uses tungsten carbide cutting heads to restore the edge to ideal sharpness.
