Barfly M37103GD Description
Part of the Deluxe II series, the Barfly M37103GD cocktail mixing set comes with 18 pieces of equipment that can be stored and transported in the included mixology bag. Designed for freelance mixologists and hobby bartenders, the kit includes a standard 18-ounce and 28-ounce cocktail shaking set, two styles of bar spoons, and a double-sided jigger; each piece is constructed from 18/8 stainless steel and features a gold-plated finish to give the whole set an elegant flair. A sturdy composite muddler efficiently extracts flavor from herbs and fruit, while the fine mesh and spring strainers facilitate smooth pouring when filtering out ice and pieces of pulp. To break down chunks of ice, the kit comes with a Japanese-style ice pick, and for wine service a standard corkscrew is included. Additionally, the set features a broad range of prep tools that can be used to process fruits and garnishes, including tongs, peelers, zesters, bar knives, and a cast aluminum juicer.
