Barfly 18-Piece Cocktail Mixing Set - Stainless (M37103)

The Barfly M37103 mixing set includes a mixology bag to comfortably and conveniently transport bar tool essentials. For cutting into limes, oranges, lemons, and other drink garnishes, this kit has two blades: a 4 1⁄3-inch rounded tip, wavy-edge bar knife, and a 4-inch pointed tip, plain-edge bar knife. For more time-extensive processes, it comes with a y-peeler, orange peeler, and channel knife. To extract flavors from garnishes, its composite muddler has a flat base for efficient extraction, while its juicer offers prompt juicing via its stainless steel pin. This kit also includes a 11 13⁄16-inch bar spoon with muddler end, 13 3⁄16-inch-long Japanese bar spoon, and a full-size and half-size shaker. To assist bartenders with accurate ingredient gauging, its dual-sided jigger measures out 1- or 2-ounce portions. Once the beverage has been crafted, to separate ice and debris from the liquid, it has a fine-mesh strainer and heavy-duty spring strainer. Its ice pick can break down ice, and employees can use the 9 3⁄8-inch tongs to lift crushed ice.
