Nemco 55700 Description
The Nemco 55700 Easy Flowering Onion™ cutter slices onions to create a flowering effect for fried appetizers, and using a chopper to create these cuts saves time and labor costs. When operators put pressure on the pull lever, it lowers the blades onto the onion, making clean cuts. Constructed of stainless steel, the blades are durable and retain their sharp edges.
To support heavy-duty operations, the unit is completely made of metal, and its wide base design creates balance on countertops to prevent tipping when the pull lever is used. Suction cup feet keep the cutter stable on the counter without having to bolt it down and eliminate its portability. Measuring 131⁄2 inches wide by 111⁄4 inches deep, the Nemco 55700 flowering onion cutter has a compact design that saves space on counters and in storage areas.
