This Easy FryKutter™ from Nemco cuts potatoes and other vegetables into four wedges with the use of an ergonomic short-throw handle. The cutter is wall-mounted, but can slide out to make cleaning easy. This equipment allows you to save time and labor, while ensuring cut size and portion sizing stays consistent.
