The Nemco 55200AN vegetable slicer has protective guards and a crank handle that provide safer operation and quick production of sliced produce. The compact design of this vegetable slicer takes up 50 percent less space than a standard countertop slicer. The manual operation of the slicer allows you to operate the vegetable slicer anywhere in your kitchen without the need for electricity. Made from cast aluminum, the removable components are easy to clean.
