Global Solutions GS4100-B Description
The Global Solutions GS4100-B tomato slicer is designed to cut tomatoes into uniform, 1⁄4-inch slices. The operator can place the tomato on the slide board between the blades and pusher assembly. As the pusher assembly moves the tomato through the blades, it will not crush the product into small pieces. Because the slicer body is made of aluminum, it is heavy duty and corrosion resistant. Non-skid feet on the bottom keep the unit in place for stable slicing.
