Global Solutions GS1681 Description
For instant use, the glass cook top on the Global Solutions GS1681 countertop induction range automatically detects a pan is present and shuts off when the pan is removed. The unit also shuts off if the temperature gets too high, preventing overheating and damage to the heating elements and countertop. It's controlled with a touch pad, enabling temperature adjustment from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a digital timer that alerts employees when food is ready, and it operates with six power levels for versatile use.
The Global Solutions GS1681 commercial induction range has a four-digit LED display that provides an error code to diagnose problems if a malfunction occurs. The cooktop can be used with pans as large as 10 inches in diameter. Constructed of stainless steel, this range is resilient and won't rust or corrode. It sits on a countertop during use and is positioned on nonslip feet to prevent it from sliding around.
