Nemco 9020 Description
The Nemco 9020 cold condiment chiller's thermoelectric technology reduces its temperature 30 degrees Fahrenheit below ambient temperature to hold potato salad, coleslaw, sauerkraut, relish, and salsa at food-safe levels. Because it doesn't require refrigerant, it's a more environmentally friendly option than conventional systems. Staff can monitor temperature on the digital thermometer, which provides temperature readouts in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Compact enough to fit most countertops, the Nemco 9020 condiment chiller measures 14 3⁄4 inches wide by 10 1⁄4 inches deep by 11 5⁄8 inches high. While its cast aluminum well and stainless steel jacket resist corrosion, provide long-lasting durability, and simplify cleaning, its black thermoplastic top enhances presentation on salad bars and buffet lines.
