Tempered glass on the rear panel and front sliding doors provide visibility while preserving internal heat and moisture. Its stainless steel cabinet and base resist corrosion from repeated exposure to steam, and the interior accommodates approximately 150 hot dogs and 30 buns at once. The bun compartment is heated to help maintain product softness, and a warning light alerts users when the water level drops too low.
