To maximize countertop service, the Nemco 6120A soup warmer features a double-well design that neatly fits two 4-quart insets—ideal for multiple soup and sauce options. With an 18 1⁄2-inch width, 10-inch depth, and 9 7⁄8-inch height, this unit sports a stainless steel rectangular silhouette with round wells that resist rust and can be wiped clean. A no-drip rim protects the surrounding area from splatters, slashes, and spills.
To maintain food quality and safety, the Nemco 6120A soup warmer is designed with a tubular coiled heating element and aluminum dissipator plate that can reach 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Its wet operation system effectively heats the inset without direct metal-on-metal contact to prevent intense hot spots and burning. A manual temperature gauge lets users adjust the heat between low-, medium-, and high-heat settings.
