Nemco 466-1 Description
The Nemco 466-1 blade assembly is made to fit the Nemco 55600-1 Tomato Slicer™. The unique design of a lubricating track moves the blades, helping to prevent misalignment and broken blades, prolonging the life of the blade assembly. The stainless steel construction of the 13-set blades make them durable and easy to keep clean. Easy to replace, the blades cut food into pieces that are 3⁄16 of an inch. The Nemco 466-1 blade assembly easily cuts through tomatoes, strawberries, and other soft fruits and vegetables for salads, salsas, sandwiches, and more.
