The Doregrill MAG 40/8 S ELECTRIC rotisserie oven is designed for high-volume roasting, capable of cooking 24 to 32 whole chickens in under an hour. Its eight adjustable prong-less spits, each powered by an individual motor, ensure consistent rotation for even cooking. The unit’s stainless steel construction enhances durability and provides a sleek, professional appearance. Two tempered glass doors offer clear visibility, while rounded counters contribute to a streamlined design.
For ease of operation, the Doregrill MAG 40/8 S ELECTRIC rotisserie unit features button controls. The bottom drip pan with a drain valve simplifies grease removal, while removable panels facilitate routine cleaning and maintenance. A grease-type hood is required (not included) to ensure proper ventilation. A 6-inch clearance on the sides and rear is recommended for safe operation.
