The Adcraft PW36I heater proofer supports versatile foodservice operations with heating mode temperatures up to 185 degrees Fahrenheit and proofing mode temperatures up to 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Its dial control enables precise adjustments for maintaining food quality during holding and proofing. Designed with non-insulated aluminum construction, this unit accommodates up to 36 full-size sheet pans with 1¹⁄₂ inches of clearance between slides. The field-reversible clear polycarbonate doors provide flexibility and visibility during operation.
