Adcraft GRID-24 Description
Durable to support heavy use in busy operations, the Adcraft GRID-24 countertop griddle is constructed of stainless steel. This long-lasting metal provides excellent resistance to scratching, denting, and rusting and can be quickly wiped clean as needed. To further streamline cleaning, this unit features a bottom-mounted grease pan that collects runoff, which operators can empty and replace at the end of the day.
Measuring 24 inches wide by 19 3⁄4 inches deep by 10 inches high, the Adcraft GRID-24 electric griddle is designed for countertop placement. Its cooking area measures 15 1⁄2 inches wide by 16 inches deep, so a variety of menu items can be prepared, its temperature can be set from 120 to 570 degrees Fahrenheit. To protect nearby equipment and walls from grease splatter, it’s built with 3-inch-high back and side splashes.
