The MoTak FW11 countertop food warmer uses hot water to keep food warm and is designed to fit pans as deep as 4 inches—ideal for dips and sauces in buffet setups. Inside, a steel support keeps the heating element stable; this element is controlled by a thermostatic knob. Designed to maintain food temperature in excess of 140 degrees Fahrenheit, the temperature is adjustable as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
