Part of the MixStik PRO™ series, the Adcraft ACIB17508 commercial immersion blender is ideal for high-volume use and can blend batches as large as 5 gallons. It has a two-speed motor and a comfortable, ergonomic rubberized grip. The 8-inch, durable stainless steel shaft is used for blending, mixing, and chopping, while its shaft and blade are sealed and dishwasher safe to help ease the cleaning process.
