The Adcraft ACIB75016 commercial immersion blender is part of the MixStik PRO™ series and can be used to blend batches as large as 35 gallons. It’s ideal for use in commercial kitchens, and its shaft and blade are sealed and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning after use. The durable, 16-inch stainless steel shaft is ideal for blending, chopping, and mixing. It has a continuous, hands-free function and a comfortable, ergonomic rubberized grip; its variable speed dial provides fine-tuned blending.
