The Lakeside V5214 dish dispenser delivers dependable oval platter handling in a non-heated, mobile configuration built for demanding foodservice operations. Its two self-leveling dispensing tubes, supported by the Easy-Glide mechanism, provide smooth access to platters ranging from 13 3⁄4 inches long by 9 3⁄4 inches wide up to 14 1⁄2 inches long by 10 3⁄4 inches wide. Constructed of stainless steel for lasting durability, the unit maneuvers easily on 4-inch casters, with two braking casters for secure placement during service.
