Its two self-leveling dispensing tubes use the Easy-Glide™ mechanism to maintain consistent dispensing for oval platters ranging from 11 3⁄4 inches long by 8 3⁄4 inches wide to 12 1⁄2 inches long by 9 1⁄4 inches wide. Made of durable stainless steel, the unit resists heavy use, while 4-inch casters (two with brakes) ensure secure, controlled mobility.
