The Lakeside 6850 HRMAP breakout dining station's 83¹⁄₂-inch-wide by 30¹⁄₂-inch-deep surface features two drop leaves for ample space to display breakfast spreads, snacks, pastries, and coffee airpots. For guest convenience, the front-facing dish compartment accommodates plates and bowls. A set of two interior compartments is integrated on the serving side, and each includes an adjustable laminated shelf that can hold additional equipment and supplies. To accommodate food pans, one compartment features five sets of stainless steel pan ledges, and because these compartments are open, staff can quickly retrieve desired contents.

To uphold a professional presence, the Lakeside 6850 HRMAP dining station's recessed stainless steel base panel conceals its four 4-inch-diameter casters on three sides. Each caster features non-marking cushion treads to protect flooring, and two of the casters are fixed in place for stability. This 87¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 32¹⁄₂-inch-deep by 38-inch-tall unit features a hard-rock maple laminate cabinet base that attractively contrasts the medium-density fiberboard top's black laminate. Stainless steel railing is built onto three sides of the unit's top to reduce the chance of contents falling. To create a bistro table or save space during transport, the drop leaves can be folded down as needed.
