The 500-pound capacity on the Lakeside 448 Queen Mary cart lets operators transport a lot of dishes from the kitchen to banquet halls. It has six shelves, and each shelf has three turned-up edges that keep items secure while the cart is being moved. For mobility, the unit has four 5-inch casters—two of the casters are rigid and two swivel. To reduce noise, the tread on the wheels has a No-Mark® design that absorbs impacts, and because the cart is made of heavy-duty stainless steel, it streamlines cleaning.
