Lakeside 2085 HRMAP Description
For a bold addition to food demonstrations, catered events, or pop-up food stations, the Lakeside 2085 HRMAP cooking station features a hard-rock maple exterior laminate. Its exterior, interior shelf, and top are made of durable stainless steel to prolong longevity, while its two doors are made of high-density resin particle board. It sits on four 5-inch swivel casters for mobility; two of these casters lock for stationary placement. Its ceramic glass cooking surface includes three flameless induction stoves that are cool to the touch to minimize injury risks. It has controls above the cabinet doors so staff can adjust cooking and holding functions.
For optimal filtration, the Lakeside 2085 HRMAP mobile cooking cart has a three-stage exhaust system with a two built-in downdraft filtration system. While intake vents are mounted to the back of its cooking surface, the filtration units are positioned on pull-out glide mechanisms for filter access. Its easy-to-read LED power-level indicators enable convenient monitoring, and this durable unit measures 48 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 40 1⁄2 inches high overall.
