Lakeside 2085 BGESUE 40 1/2" High Mobile Cooking Cart w/ 3 Induction Stove, Beige Suede

Designed with three induction stoves, the Lakeside 2085 BGESUE mobile cooking cart is great for food demonstrations, catering services, and banquet halls. Its ceramic glass cooking surface is cool to the touch and flameless to minimize injury risks. Its controls are mounted above its cabinet doors to operate various cooking and holding functions, and they can be used to set each stove temperature between 90 and 440 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the cooking requirements. While its exterior and top are made of stainless steel for durability and simple cleaning, its two hinged doors are made of high-density resin particle board. Both the exterior and doors are laminated in a beige-suede design.

For effortless mobility, the Lakeside 2085 BGESUE mobile cooking station sits on four 5-inch-diameter swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stationary use. It includes an easy-to-read LED power-level indicator so staff can monitor each stove's heat level, and the interior shelf enables convenient storage. Its filtration system includes two built-in downdraft air filtration units to capture cooking exhaust. While its intake vents are mounted to the back of its cooking surface, its three-stage exhaust filtration system eliminates smoke and odors. For filter access, these components are mounted on pull-out glide mechanisms. Overall, this piece measures 48 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 40¹/₂ inches tall.
