Its cabinet is accessed behind two drawers and one door, each with snap-in gaskets that retain chill and prevent unwanted temperature changes. Using electronic controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Beverage-Air WTRD60AHC-2 commercial worktop refrigerator has two shelves to hold product, both coated in epoxy to protect them from corrosion. A 4-inch backsplash on the unit enables employees to work on top of it without slinging messes on the wall or surrounding equipment.
