Beverage-Air WTRCS72HC Description
The Beverage-Air WTRCS72HC worktop chef's stand refrigerator is built of sturdy stainless steel that resists bending or warping with use. This unit's top is made of 16-gauge reinforced, insulated stainless steel, designed to withstand the weight of a charbroiler, griddle, or fryer. Because this item is intended to support other equipment, it's built with a full marine edge that prevents spilled liquids from dripping down the cooler's back or sides.
This Beverage-Air WTRCS60HC chef's base refrigerator has four drawers that can house eight 6-inch-deep full-size pans in total. Each drawer has a curved metal handle that fits comfortably in the user's hand for controlled drawer opening and closing. Rolling casters support the unit so users can reposition this chef base when needed; two casters come with brakes, so the unit can be locked in place.
