Beverage-Air WTRCS60HC Description
For convenient access, the Beverage-Air WTRCS60HC worktop chef's stand refrigerator holds vital ingredients within arm's reach of ranges and prep areas, streamlining workflows. Each of the two drawers is large enough to accommodate three full-size sheet pans and can support 275 pounds for intensive use in high-volume environments. This unit's heavy-duty construction also features a fire-resistant, insulated, reinforced stainless steel top with a full marine edge to prevent dripping.
The Beverage-Air WTRCS60HC chef's base refrigerator features a self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system. Inside, the unit has a lightweight, galvanized aluminum liner that resists corrosion from exposure to salt, moisture, and acidic foods. For user convenience, this chef base doesn't require a heat shield for safe operation. However, installation must adhere to clearance recommendations to ensure optimal performance.
