Beverage-Air WTRCS52HC Description
The Beverage-Air WTRCS52HC worktop chef's stand refrigerator can accommodate two full-sized sheet pans in each of its two drawers, providing users with temperature-controlled storage within close reach of the prep area. This unit's top is made of reinforced, 16-gauge stainless steel, insulated and resistant to fire damage. Underneath the unit, four casters enable smooth movement; two of the casters have brakes to ensure stability during use.
The self-contained refrigeration system of the Beverage-Air WTRCS52HC chef's base refrigerator maintains an internal temperature from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, preserving the freshness of stored food items. Both self-closing drawers are constructed with 12-gauge stainless steel slides and rollers that can support 275 pounds, ensuring long-lasting performance. This unit's top is surrounded by a full marine edge that contains liquids and prevents messy dripping from unexpected spills.
