Beverage-Air SPED72HC-10-2 Description
The Beverage-Air SPED72HC-10-2 prep table has a stainless steel exterior with an aluminum interior that resists corrosion. On top, the cutout sections accommodate 10 sixth-size pans where toppings for pizza, sandwiches, and salads are stored. Two pull-out drawer compartments in the cabinet base accommodate 6-inch-deep pans so they can be switched with the ones stored in the top. There are also two door compartments for storage of meat, cheese, produce, and more. A 10-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board acts as a prep place for making sandwiches, topping salads, and more. The refrigeration system is self-contained, making service and installation easy. Since the refrigeration system is rear mounted, the Beverage-Air SPED72HC-10-2 prep table is protected from damage from spills, flour, dust, and more.
