Beverage-Air SPED60HC-18M-4 Description
The Beverage-Air SPED60HC-18M-4 prep table has a countertop opening that holds 18 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. Toppings for pizza, sandwiches, and salads are held in these pans in the cutout. The stainless steel exterior of the unit is durable and withstands commercial use. The interior has an aluminum lining to resist corrosion. A 10-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board is mounted on the front and is useful for preparing ingredients and main dishes. There are four drawers in the front that each hold 6-inch-deep pans for extra topping storage. The Beverage-Air SPED60HC-18M-4 prep table has a rear-mounted refrigeration system, enabling the unit to sit next to walls or equipment without hindering the airflow. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used to keep internal temperatures cool.
