The Beverage-Air SPED48HC-12M-4 prep table can hold the included 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in its countertop compartment. Four pull-out drawers provide additional storage for ingredients. Its refrigeration system runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is mounted in the rear. With a stainless steel exterior, the Beverage-Air SPED48HC-12M-4 prep table is heavy duty and easy to clean. The interior is lined with aluminum, allowing it to resist corrosion and withstand heavy use. Food preparation can be performed efficiently on the 10-inch-deep cutting board.
