Beverage-Air SPED27HC Description
The Beverage-Air SPED27HC Elite Series™ prep table has a 10-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board and a stainless steel exterior with an aluminum-lined interior. Its top pan storage area includes two ninth-size, 4-inch-deep pans and six sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. Two drawers with aluminum handles are secured by slides and a locking mechanism that prevent them from being torn off. The Beverage-Air SPED27HC prep table keeps contents between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Four 6-inch casters are in place for movement, and two have brakes for safety.
