Beverage-Air SPE72HC-30M-STL Description
To resist scratches and dents, the Beverage-Air SPE72HC-30M-STL Elite™ food prep table has a stainless steel exterior. Its interior is lined with aluminum to resist rusting caused by spills. A clear top enables the user to view the contents without lifting the cover, and its three doors are removable and reversible. Each door closes on its own before 120 degrees, after which it stays open. Magnetic gaskets snap into place to provide an airtight seal. Coated in corrosion-proof epoxy, the six shelves inside the refrigerated base hold product between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while its top food pan storage area keeps contents at or under 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The Beverage-Air SPE72HC-30M-STL prep table has a 10-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board that can be removed for cleaning and 30 sixth-size food pans that are 4 inches deep.
