Beverage-Air SPE72HC-12 Description
There are 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in the top compartment of the Beverage-Air SPE72HC-12 prep table. To keep the ingredients under 41 degrees Fahrenheit, forced air moves under the pans to distribute cold air evenly. The pans are recessed 2 inches in the countertop to help maintain cold temperatures. Preventing product contamination, the removable lid assembly covers the pan compartment and provides insulation.
A storage area for additional ingredients is available in the cabinet base where there are six epoxy-coated wire shelves. The self-contained refrigeration system in this Beverage-Air SPE72HC-12 prep table keeps all the components built together for easy installation and service. It is rear mounted, so it is isolated from spills and debris yet is easy to access.
