Its cold wall refrigeration system maintains product temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit during service periods, while the exterior thermometer and electronic controls provide clear monitoring. Designed for repeated crate handling, the Beverage-Air SM58HC-W milk cooler features a galvanized steel interior paired with a stainless steel floor to support heavy loads, while the white-coated steel exterior resists corrosion in demanding environments. Self-latching lids and doors are equipped with safety bumpers and cylinder locks to secure contents, and flexible compression gaskets help retain cold air.
