Beverage-Air DPD72HC-2 Description
Two sections of the Beverage-Air DPD72HC-2 pizza prep table can be accessed behind one door and two drawers. Its drawers each can hold 275 pounds and two shelves in the door section add storage space. Made of epoxy-coated wire, the shelves resist corrosion and promote uniform airflow throughout stored goods. This unit's refrigerated top portion holds three full-size food pans.
The Beverage-Air DPD72HC-2 prep table cools with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. If maintenance is needed, the condenser can be accessed on the side, and because it's self-contained, installation is streamlined. Keeping food at ideal serving levels, this unit operates from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
