To provide durability and corrosion resistance, the Beverage-Air DPD119HC-6 refrigerated prep table features an aluminum interior liner and stainless steel top. Its steel shelves are coated with epoxy for additional corrosion resistance, while its polyethylene cutting board can be removed to facilitate thorough cleaning. Because it’s mounted on casters, this unit can be comfortably transported.
The Beverage-Air DPD119HC-6 pizza prep table has 4 sections for a total interior capacity of 42.2 cubic feet. It effectively maintains temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees, sealing in cold air with snap-in door gaskets. This unit’s doors are field reversible and self-closing.
