Beverage-Air CDR4HC-1-B Description
Measuring 49 1⁄4 inches wide, the Beverage-Air CDR4HC-1-B refrigerated deli case provides 14 cubic feet of storage for chilled items such as sliced meats, pasta salad, and fresh vegetables. To enhance the display, the front of the case is made of curved glass. Inside, the case is made of stainless steel with mirrored end caps to provide an eye-catching appearance.
The Beverage-Air CDR4HC-1-B full-service deli case has three levels, two of which are adjustable shelves that users can move up and down to make room for large and small containers. It keeps the interior contents chilled to between 33 and 41 degrees, and operators can adjust the temperature using the fully electronic control panel. Rated for open food products that aren't sealed in packaging, this case streamlines thorough cleaning with its durable stainless steel interior.
