Beverage-Air BB78HC-G-B Description
Measuring 78 inches wide, the Beverage-Air BB78HC-G-B back bar refrigerator provides both a prep area and storage space in a one footprint. Its stainless steel worktop resists scratches and corrosion, and it can support equipment in the bar area. The exterior has a professional black finish and glass doors that display stored product. Equipped with LED lighting, employees can see the stored items, even in low lighting, and quickly find what they are searching for. Product rests on the stainless steel floor and two rows of adjustable shelves. To fit tall bottles, the shelves can be moved up or down, and to fit half-barrel kegs, they can be completely removed.
This Beverage-Air BB78HC-G-B back bar cooler maintains interior temperatures from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Constant airflow keeps products evenly cooled, while insulation and door gaskets keep out heat. Installed on the left side, this model's refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and its automatic defroster keeps it running properly. Because of its 34-inch height, this unit is ADA compliant.
